We guarantee that your documents will be in proper form for filing with the court you specify in your order or we will make any necessary corrections at no additional cost.
(We do not currently prepare forms for use in Hamilton County.)
Once we have your information, we will prepare the primary court documents you will need to file to obtain a dissolution or uncontested divorce in your county in Ohio. (As each county may have some local forms that might need to be filed, you may need to pick up the local forms from your local court. They will help you complete those forms.) Your dissolution or uncontested divorce package will be sent to you within 5 business days after we receive your information and payment. (If you prefer, 2 day delivery is available at an extra charge.)
